A central coat of arms features sword and shield as it anchors the center back. A rich, ebony velvet upholstered seat is fitted atop an ornately hand carved skirt with swagged detail and powerfully arched, lion paw legs. Crowned by a greenman pediment and flanked by sculptural gryphon arm rests, this fine work of mahogany furniture art requires a full week of hand carving before it can be finished in faux gold as an investment to be admired through the ages.
