Handmade products

Some of our vendors sell handmade products. There may be variations in the product(s) (i.e. color and texture) compared to the pictures. Returns based on such variations may not be accepted.

Returning Product(s)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held responsible for the product(s) damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending upon your bank.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Gifts

If the product(s) are marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product(s) is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product(s) weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
