Enjoy rye and malt tasting notes as well as those earthy and woody flavors in our rich, decadent chocolate. Indulge in a luxurious mouthfeel with a second melt as the salt melts after the chocolate. This is extra-salted and extra delicious. This chocolate has a light flowery nose to it and very balanced cocoa linger.

Our Hawai'i cacao is grown along the beautiful slopes of Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawai'i. And our chocolate, is made just down the road in Papaikou (or the Hawaii Island farm will be listed). Island Sharks Chocolate support's Hawaii's local farmers, like our forebear, Tom Sharkey. By purchasing Hawai'i cacao beans at an industry premium we create livable wages for our community.
