KATANA BLADE: The blade has been constructed from 1095 Folded Steel in a Maru style. It

has been hand polished using Japanese water stones. Heat treated and oil quenched，built for cutting, extremely sharp hand honed edge.

KATANA HANDLE: The handle core is made of hard wood, The ito features alternating crossovers in a hinerimaki style which made the handle tighter and durable. The Raykin(samegawa) are Genuine. The tsuba, Fuchi and Koshira are alloy with Dragon designed. The tang is secured by two bamboo Mekugi.

KATANA SHEATH: The saya of the sword is hard wooden with a black high gloss finish. The sageo is synthetic silk tied over a wooden kurigata with golden shitedome. The kurikata(knot) is placed the proper distance from the koiguchi to allow the user to easily release the sword from the saya.
