If you are looking for a traditional Seder Plate with a contemporary style, you will be thrilled with this Shraga Landesman creation. The theme focuses on the dove - bird of peace, good will and harmony. Six doves are indented to form six containers for the specific Seder Plate items. In the center is a wreath of olive leaves – a motif of victory and peace that has been incorporated in the State of Israel’s official emblem.

Around the rim of the aluminum plate are etched words from the Song of Songs – the scroll read in the Synagogue on Shabbat of Pessach, “My dove, in the clefts of the rock, hidden in the cliff. Show me your appearance, let me hear your voice, for your voice is pleasant, and your appearance is lovely. (2:14).
